Kit has a continuing Free plan for up to 10,000 subscribers and a 14-day trial of paid features.[1] The pricing page explicitly says the trial requires no credit card.[1] Free includes unlimited landing pages, forms and broadcasts plus tagging/segmentation, but the full unlimited Visual Automations and unlimited sequences are paid Creator features.[1]

Paid pricing scales by active subscriber tier.[2] Kit says accounts automatically move upward when they exceed a subscriber tier; eligible downward moves require the account holder to select the lower tier, with the lower price beginning on the next billing date.[2] Upgrades can generate prorated charges.[2] Annual plans provide 12 months for the price of 10 under Kit's billing documentation, and its standard refund window is 30 days.[2] Some US billing addresses may incur applicable sales tax; Kit also asks non-US customers to provide billing address and tax-ID information where relevant.[2] Several owners complain about unexpected or confusing tier/billing changes, so billing should be monitored as list size changes.[15][16]
