Reviewers at Tech.co, project-management.com and Cloudwards all describe it as easy to set up and flexible, and all three single out its no-code automations. Owners on Capterra say much the same: it’s easy to see who is working on what, and boards can be shaped to fit very different teams.
What you actually pay
Paid plans start at three seats and are sold in blocks of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50. That matters more than the headline price. A team of two pays for three seats, and a team of twelve pays for fifteen. Above 40 users, the pricing page asks you to request a quote.
The cheapest paid plan leaves out timeline and calendar views, so most teams will want Standard or Pro. When we checked on 27 September 2026, both were on a special offer below their list price, so check the current price before you commit. The cost table on this page shows what one, ten and fifty users would pay a year.
Built-in AI features run on credits. Tech.co notes that heavy AI use can add up to $2,400 a year in extra credits, so budget for it if AI is the reason you’re choosing monday.com.
Views, automations and integrations
Table and Kanban views are included on every plan, with timeline and calendar views from Standard. Automations are the big draw: Standard includes 250 automation actions a month, Pro 25,000 and Enterprise 250,000. There are more than 200 integrations, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and GitHub, plus an open API.
Owners find reporting less deep than in specialist project management tools, and time tracking and workload management start on Pro.

monday.com’s trust centre lists SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 reports and several ISO/IEC certifications, including 27001, 27017 and 27018, and a HIPAA business associate agreement is available. Accounts are hosted in the United States, the European Union (Germany) or Australia. Strict EU residency applies to Enterprise accounts. Single sign-on is an Enterprise feature. Tech.co describes 24/7 support on paid plans, but Cloudwards found it hard to get past the chatbot to a person, and recent owner reviews describe long waits. If fast human help matters to you, test support during the trial.
